BarCamp: Fostering Innovation in ICT
A BarCamp is a participant-driven conference, often known as an "unconference".
This Barcamp will focus on what New Zealand can do to foster innovation and success on the international stage.
As New Zealand seeks to grow economically and in a sustainable manner, exporting and global success becomes more important. So what can we, as a community and as a country, do to foster innovation and success on the international stage?
This will not be just a talkfest. The conclusions from this BarCamp will be incorporated into NZCS position statements and be advocated to the ICT Minister and others within Government and other stakeholders. We're serious about catalysing innovation, and if you are too then you should be involved.
The BarCamp is facilitated by Nat Torkington and sponsored by Catalyst IT.
