Simple Steps to Improving IT Governance
People and Communication, not Process!
Join Warwick Sullivan as he discusses the current shortcomings in the area of suitable IT Governance, why getting this right is so important to the success of IT projects (and, in fact, organisations), and the recipe for improving IT governance and hence reducing the likelihood of IT project failure.
Warwick will map out a solution based on a greater emphasis on people and communication, rather than the process-based approach taken by some organisations.
Includes light lunch
