TPN Presents: Clear Communication - Oiling the Wheels

David Rodriguez is a Testing Consultant working for Fujitsu in Wellington. 

Testing professionals often have strong technical and analytical skills, but are less adept at expressing their findings. Clear and concise communication is an important skill for Test Analysts and Test Managers alike.

How often does it seem like your testing project is getting 'stuck in the mud'? David will look at some real life testing scenarios where improved communication helped to get the wheels turning again. 

David will also explore ways to strengthen communication skills, including looking to other professions.

About The Speaker

David Rodriguez has over 20 years IT experience covering Development, Project Management, Test Analysis and Test Management. He holds an MSc in Computing. In his spare time he dabbles in watercolours.
